A person enrolled in a school or other educational institution, including homeschool, technical, or accredited college/university programs, with an expressed interest in aviation, transportation, or public service. Student Members are non-voting, may not hold office, and are not eligible for active member benefits such as tuition reimbursement or the NHCFAE Foundation Familia Scholarship Program.
