Latinas in Action (Virtual Event)

The role of women, especially Latina Women, in the federal workforce make up 9% despite making up about 20% of the labor force. What the numbers are in terms of the transportation workforce is about 4%. Join us for a conversation on experiences and insight from some amazing Latina Leaders that will share their insightful experiences and diverse thoughts on how to cultivate a “heart of service” to cultivate ally-ship and support for others in our community of women.
