The NHCFAE Annual Training Conference, held from August 20-22, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada, was a resounding success. Over three days, members from across the country engaged in valuable training sessions, networked with peers, and built camaraderie. This year’s conference saw a record number of first-time attendees, highlighting the growing interest and commitment to the organization’s mission. The event was a testament to the dedication of NHCFAE members in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the FAA.
