For decades, the National Hispanic Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NHCFAE) stood as a pillar of leadership, advocacy, mentorship, and service within the federal aviation community. What began as a vision to uplift Hispanic professionals in aviation grew into a national voice — advancing opportunity, supporting career development, strengthening leadership pipelines, and serving our communities with pride and purpose.

Through conferences, scholarships, mentorship initiatives, professional development programs, and unwavering advocacy, our coalition has made a measurable and lasting impact. We have opened doors. We have built leaders. We have created a space where excellence thrives. And we have done so together.

Today, we turn the page to an exciting new chapter.

This new name reflects growth — not departure. It represents expansion — not retreat. It captures who we are becoming while honoring everything we have built.

“Aviation Excellence” embodies our enduring commitment to professional mastery, leadership, innovation, and service. It speaks not only to federal employees, but to the broader aviation community. It signals that our mission is bigger, our reach is wider, and our resolve is stronger than ever.

Let me be clear: while our name has evolved, our passion has not changed.
Our commitment has not wavered.
Our mission has not diminished.

If anything, it has intensified.

We recognize that times of change can bring challenges. There are forces in this world that attempt to silence, divide, or diminish the power of collective progress. But history has shown that unity rooted in purpose cannot be erased. It can only be strengthened.

Our coalition remains committed to:
