Our 2025 Annual Conference held from August 13-14, 2025, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, was a resounding success. Over the course of two days, our members came together from across the country in a powerful display of unity and solidarity. It was a true reminder of what makes our coalition strong—the commitment of our members to connect, grow, and lead together.

The Conference Committee did an amazing job planning and executing this year’s event. Every detail was carefully thought out, and the personalized touches on the decorations created an atmosphere that felt both professional and welcoming. We also extend our gratitude to our sponsors, whose generous support helped make this gathering possible and impactful. Puerto Rico never disappoints. As I shared during the conference, “the warmth of the island is not just the sun, but the people and their welcoming hospitality.” This spirit was felt throughout our time there, as members reconnected, built new relationships, and engaged in meaningful conversations about our future.

For two days, we focused on networking, reconnecting, and moving forward as a coalition. On the third day, we hosted a STEM Aviation Day with local school children, introducing them to the world of aviation and inspiring the next generation of professionals. They were able to tour airplanes, helicopters and drones on display. It was a beautiful way to close out the conference—connecting our mission not only to our members, but also to the future of our communities.
