On Thursday, January 26, 2023, the Department of Transportation held its 56th Annual Secretary’s Awards Ceremony. The event was hosted via live broadcast from Washington, D.C. with Secretary Pete Buttigieg providing opening remarks. We were humbled to be recognized along with other Employee Associations for our Diversity Equity & Inclusion work in the FAA. I was joined by the other EA presidents and we proudly accepted the recognition on behalf of all our members.
