We were thrilled to take part in the Women in Aviation event held in San Juan, Puerto Rico, this past November 11, 2023. Over 400 eager participants were introduced to the diverse world of aviation careers.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our incredible members in Puerto Rico and those who traveled from the states to be there. We thank them for their unwavering support at this phenomenal event on behalf of the National Hispanic Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NHCFAE).

Our presence at this event was more than just participation; it was about opening doors and minds to the multitude of possibilities within aviation careers. Together, we’re paving the way for a more inclusive and diverse workforce and we look forward to the continued collaboration with great organizations like Women in Aviation.
